Here we describe a proof of concept assay to demonstrate the Simoa platform as a tool for measuring concentration of the biotherapeutic drug IgG Adalimumbab (Humira®). A sandwich ELISA was created using anti-Adalimumbab antibodies as capture and detection. To compare performance, equivalent assays were run with the Simoa platform and standard plate-based ELISA.
