Background:

Neurofilament Light Chain (NF-Light), Tau, Glia Fibrillary Acidic Protein (GFAP) and Ubiquitin c-Terminal Hydrolase L1 (UCH-L1) are emerging neurology biomarkers relevant for neurodegeneration and traumatic brain injury. Simultaneous measurement of NF-Light, Tau, GFAP and UCH-L1 in serum, plasma, and CSF in both healthy and diseased individuals is of great interest.
