Multimodal Single-Cell Spatial Transcriptomics and Proteomics to Uncover the Biological Processes Driving Immunotherapy Response and Resistance in Renal Cancer
Posted on
In this webinar, Dr. Anne-Laure Cattin from the Cancer Dynamics Laboratory at The Francis Crick Institute in London, will share her research on kidney cancer, focusing on the integration of multiplexed immunofluorescence using a 66-plex antibody panel alongside single-cell spatial transcriptomics on the same tumour tissue sections. She will explore how different components of the tumour microenvironment (TME) in patients with advanced clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) are linked to their responses to immunotherapy.

Explore our ready-to-use Mouse Immuno-Oncology PhenoCode Discovery Panel featuring 24 key immune cell and tumor biomarkers for interrogation of the TME.
Discover our off-the-shelf Human IO60 PhenoCode Discovery Panel that includes 60 key markers across immune cell types, checkpoints, and tumor-specific pathways for comprehensive spatial phenotyping of the human TME.
See how the Akoya PhenoCycler-Fusion 2.0 solution is helping provide insights into complex biological systems and gain a better understanding of cellular microenvironments.
