TSA Plus DIG

TSA® Plus DIG detection kit, for amplification of signal in immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunofluorescence (IF) or in situ hybridization protocols. This kit amplifies by depositing extra DIG in the localized area of the probe or antibody. TSA Plus DIG kits provide signal amplification for the most demanding in situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry assays, for enhanced sensitivity and improved dynamic range. This approach is ideal for difficult assays such as detection of rare mRNAs or microRNA. The TSA Plus DIG protocol results in covalent deposition of multiple labels proximal to the analyte during a simple 10-minute incubation step.
