Staining Kit for PhenoCode Signature

Create custom mIF assays for human FFPE tissue samples using the Staining Kit for PhenoCode Signature. Simultaneously multiplex up to six antibodies of interest to create a novel panel using this kit with PhenoCode Signature antibodies and Opal® dyes, both sold separately, for sensitivite biomarker detection. The kit integrates seamlessly with PhenoCode Signature antibodies and Opal dyes for high-sensitivity detection and streamlined assay setup.
The kit will stain up to 20 human FFPE tissue slides at a maximum of four batches of five slides. Stain slides using the Leica® BOND RX™ autostainer with software v6 or above, and image slides using either the PhenoImager HT 2.0 or PhenoImager Fusion instruments.
If using a custom conjugated antibody, perform conjugation at least two days prior to use in an assay to avoid high levels of nuclear background staining.
