BX134 Fresh Frozen Multi-Reporter Kit for PhenoCycler

BX134 Fresh Frozen Multi-Reporter Kit for PhenoCycler is used with the PhenoCycler Conjugation kit for conjugation of your antibody of choice with PhenoCycler Barcode BX134. Each kit contains one tube of the lyophilized BX134 Barcode for use in a single conjugation reaction and 2 vials each of Alexa Fluor™ 488, Atto 550, and Alexa Fluor™ 647 Reporters for use in optimizing PhenoCycler antibody titration and PhenoCycler runs. There is sufficient volume for 50 µg antibody conjugation, which provides enough material for 10 to 50 stains depending on yield and titer. Multiple reporter barcode kits are designed for determining optimal reporter pairing when using a custom antibody.
