BX042—Alexa Fluor™ 647-RX042 for PhenoCycler (Formerly BX042—Alexa Fluor™ 647-RX042) is used with the PhenoCycler Conjugation kit for conjugation of your antibody of choice with PhenoCycler Barcode BX042. Each kit contains one tube of the lyophilized BX042 Barcode for use in a single conjugation reaction, and two tubes of Alexa Fluor™ 647-RX042 Reporters for use in optimizing PhenoCycler antibody titration and PhenoCycler runs. There is sufficient volume for 50 µg antibody conjugation, which provides enough material for 10 to 50 stains depending on yield and titer. (Replaces 5350008 BX042—Cy5-RX042)
