BX037—Alexa Fluor™ 488 for PhenoCycler (Formerly BX037—Alexa FluorTM 488-RX037) is used with the PhenoCycler Conjugation kit for conjugation of your antibody of choice with PhenoCycler Barcode BX037. Each kit contains one tube of the lyophilized BX037 Barcode for use in a single conjugation reaction, and two tubes of Alexa Fluor™ 488-RX037 Reporters for use in optimizing PhenoCycler antibody titration and PhenoCycler runs. There is sufficient volume for 50 µg antibody conjugation, which provides enough material for 10 to 50 stains depending on yield and titer.
