BX021—Alexa Fluor™ 647-RX021 for PhenoCycler (Formerly BX021—Alexa Fluor™ 647-RX021) is used with the PhenoCycler Conjugation kit for conjugation of your antibody of choice with PhenoCycler Barcode BX021. Each kit contains one tube of the lyophilized BX021 Barcode for use in a single conjugation reaction, and two tubes of Alexa Fluor™ 647-RX021 Reporters for use in optimizing PhenoCycler antibody titration and PhenoCycler runs. There is sufficient volume for 50 µg antibody conjugation, which provides enough material for 10 to 50 stains depending on yield and titer. (Replaces 5350002 BX021—Cy5-RX021)
