To use phenoptrReports, you must install both phenoptr and phenoptrReports.
The phenoptr software consolidates and analyzes output tables created by the inForm software. The phenoptrReports software generates shareable reports and visualizations based on phenoptr outputs. An easy-to-use, front-end graphic user interface (GUI) is provided to run phenoptr, removing the need to know R scripting to run phenopr functions.
