There are three steps to ordering your PhenoCode Signature Panel that includes a novel checkpoint or immune cell marker into a five-plex base panel.
Order the PhenoCode Signature Immuno-Contexture Human Protein Panel
The five-plex panel includes CD68, CD8, FoxP3, PanCK, and PD-L1.
Select an additional antibody
Select a validated antibody ready to use with the panel OR use the Antibody Conjugation Kit for PhenoCode Signature with your antibody of choice.
Detect your additional antibody
Include the Opal 520 Reagent Pack in your order to detect the selected antibody.
