The PhenoCode Signature Panels are validated for the PhenoImager HT 2.0 and PhenoImager Fusion that integrate staining, imaging, and analysis using well-established workflows while providing accuracy and reproducibility. There are three steps to ordering your PhenoCode Signature Panel that includes a novel checkpoint or immune cell marker into a five-plex base panel.
Order the PhenoCode Signature Activated TIL Status Human Protein Panel
The five-plex panel includes CD3e, CD8, Granzyme B, Ki67, and PanCK.
Select an additional antibody
Select a validated antibody ready to use with the panel OR use the Antibody Conjugation Kit for PhenoCode Signature with your antibody of choice.
Detect your additional antibody
Include the Opal 520 Reagent Pack in your order to detect the selected antibody.
