About Daniel Char
Daniel joined Quanterix in December 2025 as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary and has more than 30 years of experience in life science companies, including the development, financing and commercialization of multiple biologics, drugs and medical devices.
Daniel previously served as the Chief Legal Officer for the global, clinical-stage biopharma company Oculis. Prior to that, he was the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary for ImmunoGen—a commercial stage biotech company with more than $300M annual revenue—until shortly after its acquisition by AbbVie in 2024. Prior to joining ImmunoGen, Daniel served as General Counsel and Secretary for the clinical stage biotech company Evelo Biosciences, which included serving as its Chief Compliance Officer and Data Privacy Officer.
Daniel holds a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Tufts University.
