Danish Single-Cell Symposium

Date: May 21-22, 2026

Location: Aarhus, Denmark

Partnering with researchers to turn single-cell innovation into advances in biology and medicine.

Quanterix is excited to participate in the 6th Danish Single-Cell Symposium, a gathering of the single-cell and spatial omics community. The two-day event combines the annual meetings of the Danish Single-Cell Network and CellX (Danish Single Cell Examination Platform) from May 21-22, 2026 in Aarhus, Denmark. This year’s symposium convenes leading scientists, principal investigators, postdoctoral researchers, and students to explore breakthroughs in single-cell genomics, spatial transcriptomics, bio-imaging, multi-omics, and computational biology.

Advancing single-cell discovery through ultrahigh-plex spatial proteomics

At the Danish Single-Cell Symposium, Quanterix—together with Akoya Biosciences, now part of Quanterix—will connect with researchers working at the forefront of cellular biology and translational medicine. We are eager to highlight our spatial biology platforms that enable researchers to move seamlessly from ultrahigh-plex biomarker detection to high‑throughput spatial signatures, illuminating how cellular heterogeneity, tissue architecture, and signaling networks drive biological function and disease.

Why connect with Quanterix?

Conference attendees are invited to connect with us about our single-cell capabilities. Our spatial technologies reveal how cells, phenotypes, and pathways interact in context.

Our spatial platforms support research in:

  • Single-cell and spatial omics integration
Combine transcriptomic, proteomic, and imaging data to better understand cellular states and interactions.
  • Cellular heterogeneity and tissue organization
Visualize diverse cell populations and their spatial relationships within complex tissues.
  • Systems biology and multi-omics
Connect computational insights with spatially resolved biology for deeper interpretation of datasets.
  • Translational and clinical research
Apply spatial phenotyping to better understand disease mechanisms and therapeutic response.

By placing molecular data into spatial context, Quanterix helps researchers generate insights into complex biological systems.
