Investigating the Tumor Microenvironment with Spatial Proteomics and Multiplex Immunofluorescence
Quanterix empowers researchers to decode the spatial biology of disease with spatial proteomic platforms that reveal cellular architecture, phenotypes, and interactions within the tissue microenvironment. During this seminar, we will highlight the Akoya PhenoCycler®-Fusion, an ultrahigh-plex spatial proteomics platform enabling comprehensive tissue analysis using validated panels. Case studies will illustrate how spatial profiling reveals complex cellular interactions and disease mechanisms.
The session will also highlight the Akoya PhenoImager® HT, a high-throughput, automated multiplex immunofluorescence system optimized for speed, sensitivity, and reproducibility.
