locationMelbourne, Australia (Virtual)
Postponed from 2020, the International Neurotrauma Symposium will take place virtually February 7-11, 2021.
Quanterix is proud to sponsor this event, for which an outstanding scientific program is currently being developed and will include the latest “hot topics” in the field of neurotrauma, covering both clinical and basic aspects of brain and spinal cord injury.

Greg Warner, PhD, of Quanterix, along with Dr. Stuart McDonald and Mr. Will O’Brien of Monash University, will discuss the use of Simoa® technology for the study of mild TBI, in a presentation entitled:
Fluid Biomarkers of Mild Traumatic Brain Injury: New Insights using Simoa® Technology
Dr. Warner will give an introduction of Simoa Technology and its application for the study of TBI, followed by Dr. Stuart McDonald and Mr. Will O’Brien, who will provide updates on their research into fluid biomarkers of mild TBI in athletes, a pre-clinical rat model of mild TBI and markers of neuroinflammation in Australian footballers.
The presentation will be on-demand during the conference and a live panel discussion, moderated by Dr. Sandy Schultz of Monash University will take place on February 11, 2021 at 9:00am AEDT (February 10 at 5:00pm EST). We look forward to your questions!
